I would not stay here again. I have been to other hotels in Cleveland that were more friendly, and offered more free services. The front desk staff were impersonable, and had several of us standing in line while not one of them could be bothered to even tell us that they would get to us in a second. The walls are paper thin, which was a big deal given the party that was apparently going on among several rooms until 2-3 am. The only reason we went here was to be closer to the baseball stadium. Next time, I'll walk the few extra blocks.

I've been to this hotel before and am happy to report the road construction that had been going on in front of the hotel is finally complete and the hotel just finished renovating their guest rooms. The guest room came out great and are very slick. You really can't go wrong staying at this location.

Stayed here with a conference, who paid my accomodations. However, I would not spend the $$ for this hotel. They do not use fitted sheets; once you lay down on the bed, they are all rumpled up under you. The drapes in my room were torn. We never got the temperature right after three nights; it was constantly damp in the room, even the carpet felt damp to walk on. It took forever to get hot water in the shower; amenities were sporadically replaced (soap, etc.). Number of towels were never the same. (how do they keep track of this?) The best thing about the stay was the breakfast buffet--the lady who does eggs is an ""eggs-pert""!! Restaurant service was got terrific for the $$. This hotel needs an upgrade. Oh yes, and they charged my card as well for the room and all, even though it was being paid by someone else!!
