This staff went out of their way to make my family comfortable and our trip to Chicago an outstanding one! Brit in sales went above and beyond to make the American Girl experience at the hotel one my girls will never forget. After a mix up, Drew & Steve at the front desk searched every where for the requested baby bed for my 10 month old, finally having to borrow one from another hotel, & personally delivering it to our room. The concierges were amazing at quickly putting together itineraries that were fun, easy to navigate, and affordable. The bellmen were gracious, friendly and always smiling. The hotel was clean, comfortable and quiet. The pool & hot tub area was a little small, but my children did not notice. Very nice fitness center with a great view of the city.

I stayed here for one evening because I had an interview in the city. I arrived late on a Thursday night and was happily met with an accommodating staff who allowed me a late check out the next day. The room really wowed me- I stayed in a corner room with a king sized bed. One whole wall was windows! It was very relaxing given that I was stressed over the interview. They even allowed me to leave my bags at the hotel (after I checked out) until I left the city at 8 p.m. No surprise charges, great staff, comfortable and beautiful room. Location was absolutely perfect as well!

My wife and I went the weekend before Valentines Day and were extremely satisfied. I picked this hotel based on its ratings and everybody seemed pleased with the beds. The beds were really comfortable. We did all the sights of the city and were helped greatly by the conciegre here. He did a great job helping us plan our trip and also save money while doing so. Would stay again and would recommend to everybody.
