  The front desk was friendly and cordial. Check in was quick. The room smelled a bit like garlic. There was a stain on the carpet. Wasn't expecting valet parking at * dollars a day. Good location if you are going to the Gaslamp Quarter. Overall, I didn't think it was up to Westin's standards. I would probably try somewhere else next time.

  We stayed last week for three days. The hotel was very nice, clean and comfortable. It would be nice if they had a fan in the bathrooms as they got very steamed up. Had a nice, but very small rooftop pool. It is convenient to places to eat, etc. Parking is expensive and valet only. Was surprised they charged $* for 20 minutes to to use the computers in their business area. Usually this is a free service at most hotels.

  We stayed here four nights. It was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the entire staff were very helpful and friendly. It was close to everything, shopping right next door, the trolley stop . The doorman recommended a really good restaurant for breakfast The Broken Yolk, It was a few blocks away but worth the walk. The over all experience was excellent. Would definately stay again.

  This was listed as a four star hotel. I would give it three, at best, and that only because of the outside staff. No pool, no broadband, polite but unhelpful front desk. Just off on so many details. Really no ""Wow"" factor at all. Would not stay there again.
