  First, our keys did not work and the buildings are not labeled at all. When you get in from a long flight late at night the last thing you want to do is search for a building while hailing your luggage around and only to bring it back where you started and then try again. Our room was dirty, crumbs in the bed, food and crumbs on the coffee table and some sticky substance on the desk. Also, a shuttle bus accommodation was made through the hotel but we were never picked up from the drop off location and left stranded only to be told that a credit would be given back and a cab ride would be reimbursed by the hotel. The cab wait at the stadium was 3 hours long and it was dark. The only nice thing we have to say about this Marriott is that a front desk staff member was so understanding, dealt with alot of frustration on my end, and tried to accommodate us the best she could. We will never stay at this facility again!

  We just stayed there saturday June 20, 2009 for the jonas brothers concert. A trolley picked us up at the hotel and took us to the dallas stadium for the concert. That was great! Needed extra towels and blankets they brought them up quick. The room was clean, cool and the beds comfortable slept great! Great location to everything. Highly recommed for the price.

  We confirmed a 2BR suite; they let people extend their stay and gave away our room. We got a studio suite (6 people) supposedly for the cheapest rate he could give us. They put 2 other bills in our door the last day of our stay and the other people had lower rates. My sister was charged twice on her CC at two different rates. It was a horrible experience
