Important Hotel Information
- Valid credit cards are mandatory for all guests to check in. A guest can pay with cash or travelers checks at checkout for incidental charges, but the hotel must have a credit card on file at check in. An authorization of 50 per day must be approved prior to check in. If the guest does not have a valid credit card, they cannot check into the hotel. This is a Ramada policy, and there are no exceptions allowed.

We got a very good deal on a very nice room. The hotel was very nice, they are remodeling, but most is done. Pool and hot tub needed some work (not enough water in the hot tub) but we didn't have time to use it anyway. Internet access was great--wireless--nice fridge, microwave, etc. The restaurant was never full, but the food was actually very good. Is this a 5 star place--probably not, but for our budget, we thought it was great and will stay there again the next time we are in Minneapolis. One other thing...it was really easy to find and get to places from there.

Hotel was close to downtown at a reasonable price. It is a pretty place with the recent remodeling. First room was cold. Staff moved us to a new room and got a complimentary breakfast for the inconvenience. The food was amazing and reasonable. Staff very nice. Pool area and workout center didn't seem to be remodeled yet, but did have a few dates of being shut down for some upkeep.

Newly remodeled and clean. Took me until morning to find the heat, but that was my fault... Very nice desk personnel and we were allowed to stay an hour past checkout, no problem! Had in room wifi or direct ethernet connect. Very convenient.

I was in town to visit family for the weekend, and decided to catch the vikings/niners game (go niners!) even though we lost. well, i had stayed at this hotel before around 4 years ago, i went back to this hotel, to find that this hotel is still one of the best buys in town, i have stayed at other 4 star hotels that were half as nice. the staff was wonderful, the rooms were big, comfortable, the restaurant was very good, and there is even a service station with a conveinince store accross the street. the hotel offered a shuttle to the game from the lobby to the door step and door step back to the lobby. all i can say is this is definatly well worth the money it costs to stay here.

This hotel is fantastic for the price! It's easy on and off the interstate and minutes from downtown (location, location, location, right?) There's plenty of parking, too. The bed was fluffy and comfortable and the room was clean. Staff was accommodating and helpful with directions several times and shuttle (once). The lobby is inviting and the neighborhood seemed safe. The room was quiet, as for lack of street noise. The one night we had problems with noise in the hallway, we called down to the front desk and the noise STOPPED within minutes! Business travelers: there is FREE ethernet. There is also a FREE coffeemaker in the room. I would DEFINITELY stay here again! I believe they said it was newly remodeled or owned or... something, but whatever it is, it's a hidden gem.
