The staff here is great. Offering us shuttle service whenever we needed it. The restaurant/bar staff is amazing also, but the food is mediocre and overpriced. However..their website said they had Smoking Rooms. Turns out they DO NOT and havent for a year. My room was very outdated, and the thermostat doesnt do anything but blow cold air, you cant adjust the temp. The room was very very clean until the last day when they put a dirty towel on the rack. However, they must be having housekeeping problems as they are still cleaning at 7:30 at night and they are SO NOISY! My friend was stayin in the room next to me, said he could hear me flush my toilet. Super thin walls, noisy, bad temp control. This place needs work.

The front staff were excellent ecspecially ABC. Everything was good except for the black mold growing on the caulking in the tub. The location was excellent but the dinig was a little pricey. Yet I would stay there again because when I reported the problem the staff readily fixed it.

This was a very nice hotel! Props to the bartender and to the staff in general who were friendly and hardworking. Room nicely set up, clean, well furnished, bed was great, Only drawback is the lack of nearby restaurant choices if you're carless.

It was centrally located downtown. We were able to walk to most everything, Rock and Roll Hall of Fame is so close. The hotel was clean but rooms were outdated. For the price and location it was perfect for our activities.

NIce hotel, very outdated though. Decor is circa 80's, old TVs, no flat screens. Service was excellent though, if you do book, Speak to Ron at the front desk, he will do everything to make you happy....
