All around great deal! Shared the room with 2 other adults and Its the first time I have ever seen a cot a that was actually a entire mattress. Very easy to get in and out. Plus parking was validated.

The staff was excellent, the pool area was nice, the food was good in the restaurant, and the beds were wonderful. The only problem was that the ice machine was broken, but they brought ice up to my room immediately. very attentive staff, they aim to please. Could have had more clean towels in pool area and filled the hot tub up more, but otherwise an excellent weekend.

Had an overall decent experience. There were nice perks about the hotel, such as the Starbucks off the lobby and the restaurant. The majority of the hotel staff was excellent and very willing to go the extra mile to assist you in finding restaurants, transportation, etc. The hotel itself is attractive and easy to navigate. The room was the quality expected of this type of hotel, and all the toiletries provided were of decent quality. The parking for the hotel is in the rear of the building and is shared with the airport long-term parking. The parking requires a ticket validation from the front desk- so don't forget to get this validated before leaving or you'll have to double-back. The hotel is right on the terminal road; about 2 minutes by vehicle to the terminal from the front exit of the hotel. The hotel, however, is a moderate distance (by highway ONLY) from restaurants and other businesses outside of the airport- and be slightly complicated to figure out. Also, there were a few problems with the entry from the rear parking lot. The parking lot hotel traffic was rerouted through the pool area which was poorly attended to and had a very slippery floor. My son and mother-in-law slipped and fell a few times traversing through this area, so watch out! Also, the elevators require a room key to ascend above the 2nd floor, so be sure not to forget your room key or become separated from the person carrying it, or you'll be stuck (unable to get back to your room) until you can be "rescued." I also noted that rooms which had utilized room service for breakfast still had not had their trays in the halls picked up by dinner- which was a little off-putting.
