  I LOVED EVERY THING ABOUT IT MOSTLY BUT, NO FREE BREAKFAST IN THE MORNING! HOW MUCH MONEY WE SPENT FOR THE HOTEL , THEY COULD OF GAVE US SOMETHING. BUT GREAT STAY, GREAT VIEW AT NIGHT AND CUSTOMER SERVES WAS THE BOMB!

  This was my first trip to Chicago amd the Sheraton Chicago Hotel and Towers was a perfect choice for a place to stay during my trip. Located on the Chicago river, the Sheraton was within walking distance to several attractions, including Navy Pier, Millenium Park, House Of Blues, and the Chicago River Walk. The hotel stay itself was very nice. The staff was friendly and helpful, I never had a rpoblem with any of them. My room was spacious, clean, and quiet. The bed was the best sleep I've had in a hotel, big, soft and comfortable. I was on the 25th floor and had a nice view of Lake Michigan and the Navy Pier. There was a convention going on, as well as it being Saint Patrick's Day, but I never had a problem with the other guests. With so many choices of restaurants in Chicago, I didn't try their restaurants, though I did have a pricy beer at the Chi bar. The Link@Sheraton is a nice place to brab a coffee and surf the web, read e-mail, and stay in touch. The only complaint I have is the steep price of the fitness center, but the pool is free so that's a good thing. And there are certain times that's adults only swimming, so I got in a few laps early in the morning. All in all, I think my experience at the Sheraton Chicago hotel and towers made my trip to Chicago a great success.

  Hotel lobby was nice, however the rooms could have been cleaner. The hotel was hosting a "Latino Leadership Conference" while we were there. The young adults that were there attending the conference were out of control. The noise level was so bad, we had to call security 5 times in one night! We had people knocking on our door looking for others rooms. Hotel Operator and Security were not very helpful initially. We requested another room, on another floor, and we were told the hotel was booked. So, we had to suffer through excessive noise and inconveince for 3 nights! In addition, the hotel has 5 restaurants, however they were not open or available very often. We had a difficult time getting food. When we did get food, (other than room service) it was very good. The room service food was horrible. Needless to say, we will not be staying again. They did compensate the $* room service fee for our "inconvenience". Considering the food was horrible anyway, it wasn't much consolation.

  I like Chicago so much I go there in the winter. Yes in the winter!! This is the best time to go to the many museums in the city. The "Art Instute of Chicago" was so great I went a second day. The Sheraton is located in the middle ALL the places I like so it was only a max $* cab fare to wherever I wanted to go. Even "Rush Street". Oh and yes the price was right via travel website.
