We used this hotel to Park and Fly fro Reagan. Unlike many hotels we have found there were no extra parking fees for up to 2 weeks and they have a free shuttle to take you to and from the airport that runs every 1/2 hour. The room was beautiful and had 2 separate flat screen TVs. We will definitely stay there again!

Clean and convenient, but nickle & dime kinds of extra charges--$* for water, $* for a landline phone call, extra charge for internet. They did have Starbucks Coffee in the room (at no charge). Pleasant staff, but not well informed.

we love this property, we will go back asap. the rooms are beautiful and the sunset was amazing from the teenie balcony. The court yard and sitting area were nicely done and cocktails not a problem. restaurants are close to walk even at night, King st. is an easy 7 blocks. The staff is wonderful, it is clean, pretty,convenient and you can park on the street on the weekends.

Traveling with a group of 4 disabled adults and myself, we spent 4 nights here in 2 adjoining rooms. I had been given a 3 PM check in time for both rooms,but was told upon arrival that one of our rooms had people with a 4:30 check out time still inside and it would be another hour or so for cleaning. I asked why I was given a 3 P.M. check in time if this was the case and got a dismissive response from the staff. Meanwhile we had to wait, tired and hungry, and stranded in the lobby. We decided to get dinner when the room was still not ready at 5:45 P.M. Upon return from dinner, both rooms were ready. I was pleased at the comfort of the beds, but disappointed in how tight and small the rooms were, definately too small for 4 adults in one room as we had. The frig was shoebox-sized and meant we had to throw away items we had brought in a cooler as this could not keep milk cold, let alone be used for leftovers from restaurants. We appreciated the shuttle service to the airport and back and the staff at the hotel restaurant were quite pleasant. We were charged * a night for parking in the garage, higher than what others have said here.
