The Hotel and sorroundings was very nice and it is set up like a resort. Although, they gave me a smoking room, the room was nice except for my linen smelled like cigarette real bad. The staff were friendly and the hotel had a shuttle bus from hotel to casino. We come back and stay again.

I booked a two night hotel stay in Tunica MS thru Travel Website specifically requesting two nights and two rooms at the Veranda Hotel. Upon arriving on 2/25/11, the hotel informed me that Travel Website had only booked one room for one night in the Terrace Hotel. The hotel accommodated us with two rooms for two nights but could not put us the the Hotel I had requested. Check in took about 45 mins to an hour because of the mix up. I paid over * for these two rooms, my husband and I have been married for over 10 years and this is the first trip we have been able to take. I have used other agencies before, this is the first with Travel Website. I have never had problems with others and I will never even consider using Travel Website again.

Beautiful hotel, rooms were very nice, limited meal options. I forgot to ask for a non-smoking room and got stuck with a smoking room so ask for non-smoking if you want one. Staff was friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay there again.
