Had a good stay in Cincinnati. Hotel centrally located downtown. We were going to Newport on the Levee, Train Station museums, Taft Museum, Cinci Art Museum and Freedom Museum. We were 5-10 minutes from all of these places. Much nicer than staying on the outer belt and having to drive a lot to get anywhere! Only down side was having to call for our car anytime we wanted to go anywhere. Car was always brought out quickly for us though. We walked around a few times (2 single girls) and felt safe. Our room was small but clean and quiet.

Our stay at Millennium started off nice enough. The check-in line was long but moved very fast and we got right to our room. We stayed over new years eve so there were a lot of people in the hotel and that must have cause problems at the front desk with booking rooms. As we were getting dressed for the evening, we heard someone trying to use a key in our door but we figured they just had the wrong room. Well it turns out that the group of four people outside our door had been given a key to the same room! If the second latch hadn't been on the door, I would have been walked in completely naked (having just finished showering). We got a call from the front desk saying that there were three people with the same last name checking in that day and they confused reservations with room numbers but there was no apology given during that call. After we had gone out and were getting ready for bed, my friend used the bathroom and noticed that there was a line of very small black ants on the floor between the tiles. We called the front desk and the operator who answered simply said "I'll let somebody know". Overall, I was very dissatisfied with the lack of customer service and did not feel comfortable staying in this hotel. I am not likely to book here again.

This was my first trip to Cincinnati after 15 years and was impressed by the cleanliness of the area where the hotel is located. Close to Macy's, restaurants and the Duke Energy Center with which it is connected through a skywalk. Since we drove from Michigan, the porters were ready with a parking ticket, helped us unload our luggage, were extremely friendly. Registration was fast even though the hotel was entertaining the members of the US Fencing Association, our room was spacious and well appoiinted. We had lunch and breakfast at the Bistro Restaurant and were served efficiently and fast. This is an excellent hotel, well located, we would recommend it to anyone planning a trip to Cincinnati.

We stayed here for couple of days. They did not air conditioning running in hallways. Their internet access is free only in lobby. Otherwise it * for a day. Also parking in expensive and if you go over even few hours, they will charge you another $* for parking. Park right next to hotel. It is $* for day and do not worry about extra hours. Extension of room for couple of hours will cost you half a day of room charges. Honestly, it is just not worth the money. On the top of that, their valet parking manager is more organized than check in/out manager.

The beds at this hotel are like a rock. I have had similar beds in mainland China. The pillows are cheap foam. The best part about this hotel is that it is quick to get out of to attend conventions at the Duke Energy Center which is connected via a skywalk.
