We asked for a nonsmoking room and it reaked of cigaretts. The mattress kept sliding off the box spring. It was suppose to be breakfast buffet but all they had was stuff for a continental breakfast. The other couples room was so hot and stuffy they couldn't get the air to come on.

This is obviously an older hotel, but the decor was very pleasing. They have really tried to keep up. The room was beautiful and for the most part pretty clean. There were some stains on the sheets that maybe they could replace sheets instead of reusing them. I traveled with a family of 4 and they only included 3 towels in the bathroom. There was only one waste basket for the whole room including the bathroom. And because we were staying 2 nights, I didn't want housekeeping to bother us but there was no "do not disturb" sign to use. All of these problems were quickly solved by visiting the very friendly people at the front desk. They even printed out directions to the University that we were there to visit. Every morning, they served a wonderful hot breakfast. We never went away hungry. It is located right off the highway, but right next to an emergency department of some sort, so there were a lot of sirens. We were able to get a very good deal on this room and I am very happy with our stay. I would totally recommend it to anyone.

I wish I knew about Quality Hotel and Suites during my previous Cincinnati visits. I found this hotel just great. Check in was done easily in few minutes. I found that the room was very clean. Beds were super comfortable and plush. Hotel manager was very kind and friendly, other staff was doing great work as well. This hotel is close to xaviers university, few minutes drive to Kings Island and other good places to see in Cincinnati. It was a safe location. Places to eat and convinient stores are at walking distance from the hotel. I think the prices are very affordable. I will prefer Quality Hotel and Suites every time I visit Cincinnati city.

If you're looking for an hotel with no frills but a decent price, this is the one. The hotel has nice bones but the ownership either doesn't have the money or inclination to fix it up. The room we stayed in was average size and clean. If you like biscuits and gravy for breakfast, this is the place to come. Luckily there was a coffee shop next to the premises. Probablly would not stay here again.
