  Marriott is upgrading their brand, everywhere. This hotel is absolutely gorgeous. Tons of pillows, super TV, prestige cosmetics. But be prepared for extra WiFi charge in the room. Be prepared for $breakfast for two. What Marriott gives complementary in other locations is an extra charge here - an unexpected and unpleasant surprise. As a hotel it is absolutely perfect. But the unexpected charges (no hospitality book in the room to prepare one for the expenses) left a bad taste, anyway. If I had known of the added charges I would have stayed somewhere else. It would have gotten a 5-star rating if we hadn't been surprised at the unexpected expenses, and a "hospitality guide" in the room might have mitigated that, a bit.

  Unfortunately this and all Marriotts have changed their policy on park and fly. We live a distance from Cleveland, and depending on our flight times, we have sometimes opted to stay the night after our return. We have no problem in pre-paying for the room and have done so before. We register the car and leave the keys at the front desk. We went through quite a hassle and were refused this service. Now, one can only stay the night before flying out, not just the night of return.
