Upon attempting to check-in, I was told that my checkin was not until the next day (incorrect). I had to email the front desk my confirmation info. I was told that Travel Agency often sends their travel info to other sites to book the hotel stay -that happened to me and travel agency (a site I do not even use) messed up and booked my hotel stay. They say the original hotel price is $*and I booked it for *% off. This hotel is not worth $* OR even $* The hotel did apologize but, it seemed canned. The lobby is pretty and was decorated for CHristmas well... Can

Got a great deal on this hotel at the last minute and it was worth it.Had stayed at the hotel before it was the Wyndham and it seemed to be cleaned up some and better beds. Would stay again

We enjoyed our stay. We stayed 4 nights and all were comfortable. My kids (4yrs and 5yrs) loved the pool. The room we stayed at were not as nice as the tower rooms but the rooms in the 1-5 floor as comfortable without the view. We had a 3 min walk to Downtown Disney and the shuttles were provided by the hotel and Disney (so if you miss one you will still find another shuttle). We would stay again!

we stayed here one night before checking into our disney resort hotel and it was great. Staff was very helpful and friendly. upgraded us to a room with a view of the fireworks at no charge. The character breakfast was delicious and my kids loved Pluto and Goofy.Would stay again..
