the staff was excellent n iocation too!!!!! but it was nothing like the picture!!!!! the room was old n not so clean ac vent right above r head n blew in our face the balconydoors hard to open n close n locks broken so we felt unsafe cause balconys r very close to eachother can climb from 1 to the other! u should be proud of ur staff all of them they help make up for it u should thank them seriously !!!!! u need a makeover bad u could be 5 stars if u did !!!!!

I would reccomend Paradise Plaza strongly. Our room was huge and had everything promised. Fridge, microwave, iron, coffe maker, robes, bath and body works products, etc. Our patio was huge as well. we thought we were getting a partial ocean view but because we were on the top floor we could see the bay and a great oceanview. The manager was awesome ;wish I knew his name; Some guests were being ridiculous over a water heater issue that was fixed right away and everyone was more then accomodated for basically no inconvienience at all. He had the patience of a saint. Giant jacuzzi tub, bathroom was huge as well. It was a great experience all around and I will surely stay there many more times!!!!!!

My best friend and I decided to book a last minute hotel and get away to Ocean City last weekend. When we arrived, the lady at the front was very poliet and fast. Once we got up to the room we were pleasantly suprised, the room was clean and they had a sink and microwave, which we weren't expecting. There was bath and body toiletries and terry robes which we thought was great. We ran to the balcony to see our oceanview and were dissapointed when it was a view of the parking lot and they only had one chair out there. We looked all over for ashtrays because we booked a smoking room and then called the front dest and found out it wasn't a smoking room and that they were all booked. Later on when we were getting showers we looked closer and saw that our robes were stained and appeared unwashed, and the soap that was supposed to smell like brown sugar smelled like nothing at all ( I guess it must have been sitting for a while ). Other than that, we had a pretty good stay, beside the fact that nothing was really open until Wednesday, three stinking days. I would stay again...only this time make SURE I had a smoking room with an oceanview like I had booked.
