Important Hotel Information
- The 9.95 Nightly Resort Fee includes the following resort services: WiFi Internet Access, Local Calls, Fitness Center, In-Room Safes, Sports Courts Access, Putt Putt Golf, Boarding Pass Printing, Bike Rentals, Sports Equipment Rentals and Movie Theater Access.
Pet Policy: An 80 refundable deposit is required at check-in. If there is no damage upon check-out, the deposit will be returned. A separate 80 nonrefundable cleaning fee is required at check-in. Two pets (cats and/or dogs) are allowed with total combined weight not to exceed 60 lbs. There are breed limitations. Registered service animals are not subject to Hotel Provider's pet policy and are not subject to any security deposit for their animal. Guests are responsible for the behavior of their pet and for all personal injuries and/or property damage related to their pets. Guest agrees to indemnify and hold Hotel Provider, its employees and its respective affiliates, harmless from all liability and/or damage suffered as a result of their pets.

Wonderful Place to Stay!

Our group that consisted of my husband and I, my parents, our friend, and my friend's little 6 year-old boy, stayed at Westgate Vacation Villas for 5 nights. We had stayed at the sister property Westgate Towers 3 years ago and loved it too! We were definitely just as pleased with this hotel. It was the perfect size and layout. Plenty of room for us to spread out at night! We had all the kitchen facilities that we could ever need as well as a washer and dryer which we did use once. We were not sure if we would have maid service or not, but were pleasantly suprised when we came in from the parks on our first day there and found our beds made and fresh towels.(They did not provide this service on Saturday.) If we would have had more time, we would have loved to take advantage of some of the amenities of the property including free mini-golf. They have it all on this property including a Krispy Kreme donuts and a Pizza Hut Express. The grounds are beautifully kept and there was even a nice playground right outside our patio! The security guards monitored the gate with top security. My parents left one morning and didn't bring the key and the guards didn't let them in until they called me at the room to verify that they should be there! Maintenance had to come out one night because the electricity wasn't working in my parents' room. They had it fixed in no time! The best feature in my opinion is the location. It was just seconds from Irlo Bronson Highway where there are plenty of stores and restaurants and only 10-15 minutes from the Disney parks depending on which one you are going to.

iT WAS A BEAUTIFUL PROPERTY. tHE STAFF WERE FRIENDLY AND VERY HELPFUL. WE WILL BE RETURNING. wE UPGRADED AT CHECK IN AND GOT A JACUZZI. BEST TIME EVER. WE DID HAVE A LEAKY TOLIET THAT KEPT UP UP BUT WE SURIVIVED

After arriving at the registration building, I either spoke to or was handed off to 6 different people(thats right six people to check in). Number six escorted us to the villa but he couldn't find it. I tried to tell him where the villa was located but he woudn't listen. He tried to enter two occupied villas searching for ours. In one of them he called security for help(he forgot his cell phone). After 30 minutes he was able to escort us to our villa which was where i told him it was. Upon entering our villa, he started a timeshare sales spiel. Apparently all guests are escorted to their rooms so they can try to sell you a timeshare. And we were only staying for one night. The room was old and dated a with a musty odor but was clean. Our escort also neglected to show us how to use our key to operate the auto security gate. When I returned from dinner I had to call security to get through this gate. My evauation of this resort hotel was that they are interested only in selling timeshares while neglecting customer services. I am a timeshare owner and when aI stay on exchange, I have he ption of listening to the timeshare sales spiel. In fact they offer vacation and money to spend incentives. Not these cheapos.

Be prepared for the "Time Share" sales pitch that will start at check in. Do not fall for it. We did not get our room cleand even once in an 8 night stay but they did provide enough towels and a towel cart was available in the building.
