Surprisingly disappointing. No club for elite level Hyatt travelers. Glaring flaws in the recent renovation. In a suite, the bathroom (huge - 2 sinks, shower, soaking tub, unenclosed toilet, and oddly, the clothes closet) was separated from the sitting room & bedroom by a sliding mirrored door, so all those facilities could only be used by one person at a time. The light switches remained a mystery after two days; getting a light on/off, dimmed, locating the control switch required an engineering degree. The chairs in the sitting area were comfortable but so heavy as to be immovable. The veneer on the desk was beginning to bubble, and the large flat screen TV on the nifty turntable in the wall separating the sitting room from the bedroom could be heard in both areas, somewhat defeating the concept of reading or napping while your beloved watches another sports event at high volume. The entry lobby of the hotel was austere and spartan rather than welcoming. The staff seemed to try hard but to no effect. Rooms were not ready, and when they were they had been sprayed with a room freshener so overpowering as to render it uninhabitable. The restaurant hostess did better in English than I would in her native language, but I had to write "kir" on a piece of paper for her to take to the bar. The location and the space have so much promise, it was a disappointment not to have expectations met.
