03/18/2011Very enjoyable stay. the bathrooms were small and dark, but the bed was especially comfortable and great breakfast. i would stay again any time.

I loved the room decor and bathroom features. Other parts of the hotel were good or above average. Skywalk connection to the convention center was a plus. Location on Nicollet Mall also a plus. Nicollet Mall is a little dead later in the evening, but that's downtown Minneapolis.

First of all I was worried about doing everything on line and getting electronic confirmations. There was no need to worry. Everything went off without a hitch. We loved our trip and the hotel was great. We arrived very early but they had a room ready for us. The holel staff was friendly,gave us guidance on where the best clubs, eating, and the best way to get around Minneapolis. Loved the sports bar in the Hotel. We had a blast!

We were very impressed with the staff working here. They checked us in with no problems, took our luggage to the room, and were very kind to us. The room was amazing. We stayed in the VIP suite for a week and it was simplify gorgeous with the view of the skyscrapers. We had great walking distance to Orchestra Hall and they provided us with a limo. I personally would stay here again if I had the chance to again.

I had a wonderul 2 night stay at this hotel. A very welcoming accomodating front desk staff. A huge, spotlessly clean room. Great location (7 block from the Light Rail Nicolette Mall stop). Would definitely recommend.
