Lovely hotel. Very busy that weekend but staff was on top of everything from my perspective. I especially liked the comforter on my bed. It was 85 when I left Florida and 30 and raining in Cincinnati. I was really cold. It rained and snowed. I enjoyed that big, thick comforter at night. Room was clean and well appointed. Also enjoyed Christmas village in lobby. Helen

I got a smoking room when I had booked a non smoking room; I traveled with my two kids and of course, I got one bed when I requested two. The staff was very helpful since there was no organization and management seemed incapable of handling the tasks at hand. I was promised an extra bed for my kids which never arrived. When I requested to cancel my stay they moved me into the room I requested and gave me "free breakfast" at their restaurant which wasn't that great. A week later while verifying my travel expenses I noticed that they charged me for my stay on top of what I had paid to the travel agency, I called The Hyatt in Cincinati and in a matter of 4 days i got my money back. I guess they were not that bad I just expected better from a 4 star hotel.

Great location, great view looking over the water. Rooms were quite small, one cup coffee maker....really very few extra creature comforts for the price. Downstairs bathroom outside restaurant really quite dirty. Staff however were engaging and fabulous. Yes, the hotel could use some updates but all in all it was a nice stay. Loved walking over the bridge into the quaint town of Covington and then over into Newport. Have your walking shoes on though.. it was 5.6 miles round trip. .

95 % staff, excellent sevice, in front of the hotel was no directions to parking garage, this was the most frustrating part when you are coming in to town during a Bengals game that is just letting out. 1/4 mile from hotel took 30 minutes to get there, then we parked in the wrong garage, because we parked in the one we saw first, Tower Plaza which was right next door. Convenient once we found correct garage but hidden around back one block over. Rooms on website made them look bigger than they were, so we were very dissappointed in the size of room, very clean, plenty of towels and close to arenas and downtown shopping.
