  March 13th and 14th. We were visiting family in Pasadena, MD. Not able to stay with them because of an allergy to cats. The hotel was extremely clean. Newly remodeled breakfast area. The food was fresh and tasty. The room smelled clean because it was extremely clean. Very comfortable bed and room temperature was the way we like it. The staff was helpful and attentive to our needs. We have stayed at this hotel several times in the past and have always found it comfortable.

  I had the misfortune of booking this hotel, as a travel warrior. incredibly unclean environment. old carpet, furnishings. room with scent. i literally slept clothed and bathed with flip flops. ...

  I had the misfortune of booking this hotel, as a travel warrior. Incredibly unclean environment. Old carpet, furnishings. Room with scent. I literally slept clothed and bathed with flip flops. Also complained to management, no response, completely uncaring. So much for the 100% satisfaction guarantee. Also this is a franchised hotel - that in my opinion needs to be shut down.
