The front desk staff were extremely ignorant and rude. They were unable to give us directions to get back to the hotel from downtown Manhatten. The manager did nothing to improve the service that we received. When we checked out, the staff were insulting and impolite. We would NEVER stay at that hotel again.

Clean room, huge tv, not much else. If you want your hotel to wow you, stay away. If you only want a place to keep your stuff, crash & shower, it's perfect...if it's cheap. Tried to book a month later & rates had gone up, which made it unworthy. Walking distance from Macy's & Empire was a plus.

Very clean, very quiet. The room was small but adequate and the shower was large enough. If I were staying more than one night, I would book a double. Not cheap but for the location, not bad.

The room was very small, but we managed to get used to it and enjoyed the stay. The front desk personnel were very friendly and helpfull. The free breakfast was not bad. The hotel is in a great location. Would probably stay there again.

Staff very helpful and friendly. Even though room kind of small, rooms were clean, comfortable and in good repair. Even though our room direclty faced the street, our room was still very quiet. Location very good. Reasonable walking distance to Empire State Building, Macy's,etc. Subway stop nearby. Reasonable cab ride from LaGuardia. Overall, a good value.
