The Claridge tower is in a great location and is directly connected to other Bally's properties without having to go outside which was nice. However, the Claridge tower which used to be The Claridge Hotel and Casio is very deserted. The water did not work in our room we couldn’t even flush the toilet so I called maintenance. They said that it was all the Claridge rooms and they were working on the issue. It was very inconvenient since we had to go to public restrooms over at Bally’s until it was fixed. The room seemed clean and was recently remodeled. We had a surprisingly nice view of the beach and boardwalk even though the window was small.

My experience in Ballys was quite nice. When I checked in I was concerned that it would be too late since we arrived at 11pm. However, they hold reservations til 2am. I booked a bally's tower luxury double bed room. When we entered it was very clean- bedroom and bathroom. The beds were very comfortable and I slept so easily. The purpose for our stay was for a convention that was held on the 6th floor. It was a beautiful floor compared to the lobby. It was very clean and so spacious. We dined in the diamond club room and the service was excellent and food was plentiful and tasty. I would return here zgain

We stayed at Bally's Claridge Tower for 3 nights. Our room was a lot less than we expected. Just about every surface in the room was stained, the windows were dirty the rugs were not vacuumed. It looked and felt like a property that no one cared about. We complained about the room as soon as we saw it. After hearing our complaints the staff changed our room to another in the same tower. It was every bit as bad as the first. We will never go back to Bally's.

As expected, the hotel clerk tried to give us a room in the Claridge Tower. We insisted, in a polite way, that we had booked a room in Bally's Main Tower and that is what we wanted. After speaking with a supervisor, we received a room in Bally's Main Tower with a partial ocean view. The room and view were very nice; Wild Wild West Casino is fun and 6ix the Bistro is a good place to eat and reasonably priced. The Bagel and Donut Connection is a good place for fresh bagels and pastries and excellent coffee. Be sure to check out the outlets.....all within walking distance of the hotel. We never used our car while we were there and valet parking was only five dollars for our whole stay. Room safe, refrigerator, make-up mirror, chocolates, bottled water and thank-you basket the night before check-out were nice extras!

At check in the person was very nice I asked her if we can use the exprees check out box to drop off keys she said yes she gives you a paper tag with the Keys and envalope to drop in box the next day when you leave and you don't have to go on line at desk just drop keys in box and off you go home. We stayed In the Bally Main Tower the room was nice and big I stayed at the Claridge Tower you have more room in Main Tower. The room we had for this trip was clean and nice and the bed was great nice and confatable for a good nice sleep. What I liked about the Ballys Casino you have three casinos together Ballys wild west, Ballys Casino and Claridge Tower on bad rainey day like we had you can stay and have fun at all three and have a good time and you are at the center boardwalk near all the shops and outlet stores. The food at Ballys wild west is fast food there chiken wings are good there Hamburgers ok. the resturants have better food.
