This is my second stay at the hotel and I really enjoyed my conversation with the staff, mostly in the restaurant. The food was great--really tasty and unique (in a good way) and the staff really took care of me as I was traveling solo. But checking in, the agent really engaged me in conversation-to let me know about all of the important things I need to know. It's totally worth it to stay on the executive level as well, the extra perks there (the coffee machine alone) are awesome. You do need to be dressed appropriately to be served there, but it's a nice way to start a hectic day (as in when you walk out of the property). The staff takes care of every thing you might need. I truly enjoyed my stay here and can't wait to come back!

What a gorgeous property! I was impressed from my first step inside the door (held open by the concierge who greeted me with a friendly smile and directions to the front desk upon arrival). I was able to check in quickly and take the super fast elevator to one of the top floors,which has an absolutely fabulous view of the city! My room was gigantic and was so newly renovated (it looked like anyway) that I could imagine the smell of fresh paint. Everything was well placed and made sense from the amenities in the bathroom to accessible plugs for computers and cell phones on the desks (and NIGHT TABLES!) and coffee station. The bed was the most comfortable bed I feel like I've ever tried and it was nice that I could adjust the thermostat as it made sense and the room cooled off and warmed up quickly as I wanted it to. The rest of the staff I encountered were eager to assist with anything I needed and extremely helpful and although I love Minneapolis on it's own is truly a place I want to come back to, just to stay at the Hilton!

Great hotel, awesome location, super friendly staff. When checking in there was one person in front of me with only one person at the desk and before I knew it, two people came rushing out to staff the desk. The person helping me apologized up and down for my wait (which was less than 2 minutes), gave me a map with great directions on how to get everywhere I needed. The hotel is connected to the skywalk which goes all around downtown MPLS, so you can easily get to the convention center (short walk inside or out!), shopping, dining, and all the nearby events. I used a Travelocity ""GoodBuy"" and the deal was outstanding. This hotel FAR exceeded my expectations based on other places I've stayed in for the same price! One tip though, is that you'll pay for parking wherever you are, so check into that ahead of time! The hotel has underground parking connected to the skywalk and hotel, so that's nice for uncertain weather and convenience.

I travel to MN often. The surrounding hotels are mid range at best. Small rooms, average food. That isn't the case here. The HIlton has excellent food, nice rooms, easy checkin & checkout, excellent location, perfect meeting rooms... I won't stay any place else again, as long as they keep up the good work.

Stayed Christmas weekend - location is great - on the skyway and close to everything. Room was nice but not exceptional - service was good - restaurant was good. Really nice that there were not a lot of crowds over the holiday weekend. Will stay there again.
