made reservations over 15 days prior to stay. At check in they could not find it.Gave them confirmation number wife received. Young lady manager would not except, insinuated wife must have made resv at other motel. Tried to jack price $*. We went to Ramada, got King suite for $* higher. Not going back to Quality.

Where should I start. Travel Website reservation prepaid on my credit card not accepted by this hotel without an hour delay and a dozen phone calls to travel website. Heater didn't work in room and blizzard outside. Someone broke into my room. 6 inches of snow outside and during my 2 day stay no one plowed the parking lot or scooped the walks. No cups for drinks at breakfast and no napkins placed out. Only food option was bisquits and gravy and gravy cold. They had waffel iron on and heated, but no waffel batter. Oh and vending machine ate my $* dollars for a bottle of water. Won't ever be staying again at this motel or any other in their chain.
