I have stayed here multiple times and the rooms are always very clean and relatively comfortable. This year I accidentally booked a 2 room suite with 1 Double bed.... when I meant to book a 2 room sweet with 2 double beds. Not a huge deal but it did result in some close quarters for the three in my party.

Dirty room; changed to new room and that was dirty, too! Terrible breakfast...never saw so much "white". Terrible service...staff outright lied to us...Sent letter to CEO of Hilton since they own this hotel. Didn't even bother to respond. Had to check out and find another hotel. This had been an anniversary trip for my husband and me in July. All around...a dreadful experience. The web site barely resembles the actual hotel. Everything looks clean and friendly but it isn't! All around...a dreadful experience. We had to pay $* plus taxes for this hotel. Not even remotely worth it. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!

I stayed here instead of the conference hotel, and was I glad!! The hotel is nice, clean and spacious, but it was the the way that we were treated that made all the difference. Everyone, to a person, was concerned about our being happy with our stay. For example, a maintainance person running a vaccuum in the hallway turned it off as soon as we entered the hall, greeted us asking how everything was, and stood there and waited until our door closed before he turned it back on. Where does that happen?! Made to order breakfast was nice, and the free shuttle service was so appreciated. I can't imagine staying some place else if I return to Cleveland.

Girlfriends Getaway: Our room was Huge, larger than some apartments I have lived in. Every staff person we encountered was awesome (bell captain, valet, front desk, bartender,omelet chef, breakfast wait staff, shuttle driver, and managers). The hot cooked breakfast and the nightly Manager's Reception is what made our stay a phenomenal value. We used the Valet parking, worth the charge. We also used the shuttle bus for many different trips, very convenient.

This hotel has seen some wear and tear. But, it's ok for what it is. I agree with other reviewers the elevators are extremely slow and the breakfast is great. There is NOT a tennis court, it use to be a tennis court, now it's paved over. So, don't bring your racquet and plan to play. Great location, perfect for a visit to Rock N Roll Hall of Fame and an Indians game.
