Important Hotel Information
- Guests will not receive daily maid service, but will receive mid-week cleaning for stays of six days or more.
- Daily housekeeping is available for a fee: Three Bedroom 35.00 Daily light clean or 75.00 Daily full clean. Towel Exchange 8.00 for a complete Towel Exchange.
- There is a .50 USD Safe Fee charge for each room.
- Upon the guest's arrival, the resort will require a deposit from the guest in the form of a major credit card (no cash or debit card) for incidentals.
- Guests must be 21 years of age at the time of check in unless accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Thsi Hotel was very comfortable and clean, We had a horrible experience at another hotel and Grand Beach took great care of us at the last minute. We were exteremely pleased with the property. I have to say the only negative is the concerege do not ask about Disney Tickets they will try and suck you into time share and turn from nice to naughty when you do not want to do the sales tour. But I have to say that the rest of the staff is excellent!! Precious is a wonderful asset to this Hotel she has phenominal customer service skills and made our trip great. Beautiful relaxing property out of the hussle and bussle of Disney. Great place to come home to..

This is my families favorate spot to stay when we visit disney. Great Location, Great Resort, now if they only had good service. Unless you actually own a timeshare at this location don"t expect to be treated very well. However you only talk to someone at check in and check out so you and kind of overlook that fact considering you get such a great place.
