Sigh in lobby says to ask if you have forgotten anything. Discovering neither conditioner or shampoo, I went to desk and asked. They no longer provide those items. Other than that, room was clean and comfortable.

Another great stay at your Oakland days Hotel, the room was sparkeling clean and the bed had lots of pillows and was so comfy. Your staff is polite pleasant and personable. Location very nice and handy. Teh breakfast was sort of boring though, may be putting in a waffle iron or some hot cereals and fresh fruit and yoghurt. The Chinese restaurant was prety good. Thanks again I'll be back next year, if not sooner

My family and I booked this hotel for convenience to go to a baseball game. That was the only good thing! Over all I we gave this room a poor rating. It wasn't very clean! dirty carpets, dirty, old and smelly, dirty walls etc...., could use a good cleaning and some fresh paint! uncomfortable beds, bad food . We were not impressed! We won't be booking this hotel again in the future!
