  I've stayed at this hotel many times in the last 2 years. Compared to similarly-priced hotels in Springfield and closer to DC, it offers a decent value. Wireless access is OK. I'd avoid the odd numbered rooms, since they face the highway.They offer breakfast, with waffles if you have the time to make them. Also, it is rarely sold out, which is useful for people who plan at the last minute.

  This is the 2nd time we stayed at Springfield Best Western for the Cherry Blossom Festival and love it. The staff was friendly, helpful. The hotel is 10' from the Metro station and it even better with the shuttle service from the hotel. The breakfast is another best thing about this hotel. We definitely will stay here again and will reccomend any one who need a reasonable cost and the unforgettable stay.

  My visit at best western was so great! The qualaty was great and I found it to be great! And during my stay my dolls head fell off and best western gave me one of there handy costumer sewing kits and it worked wonderful! best western deserves another star!!! ...or all five stars!!!

  Housekeeping uses a cleaning product with a VERY strong scent. Way too strong. I bought some Febreeze to try to tone it down and it didn't help much. Was there for a week and the air never cleared. Didn't let housekeeping in every day and when I did asked them not to use it. Bed was uncomfortable. Found out later that the best rates were for lower quality rooms. Their special "Club Level" had pillow-top mattresses and a better breakfast and exclusive lounge area. Staff was very friendly.
