For the price, the hotel was good. The breakfast was good with a nice variety of items. My room was nicely decorated, clean, and comfortable. It had a refrigerator, coffee maker, and safe. The only thing that I did not like was that all the rooms had outside entrances. I would stay there again.

Lowe's is an adjacent parking along with Giant Super Market. There is a bowling alley across the parking lot and whenever I've stayed there it's never been an issue. (If you'd like a cold beer or light bite it's not bad). Bob Evans is also in the same parking area. There are very reputable stores and restaurants in the area. The DMV is across the street. This area is the "working class" area so if you're a white collar worker who's never broke a sweat while working in the sun it may seem like a rough neighborhood, but then I would probably perceive your neighborhoods a bit snobbish. Leave stereotyping at home when you visit. These are the hard working people of Maryland and it is safe. If everyday people doing everyday things is threatening don't stay. If you want to know the "flavor" of the people who live there. Just say "hi", or ask "where can I get some good crabs" and you'll be entertained for quite some time.

Days Inn in Glen Burnie is a good place to stay for the money. It's walking distance to the Bone Fish, Bob Evans, Food Lion etc. The rooms are slightly dated but clean. There are a lot of blue collar workers who stay there but there have never been any issues. Comparing this Motel to Hilton Properties or other high end establishments isn't a fair comparison. If you like most of those amenities you won't find them here. (They do have a continental breakfast). If you like a clean room with wifi, decent television and a good matteress this is the place to stay. If you're looking for a vacation spot, this probably wouldn't be it.

This is a good clean, lower rates motel with easy access before you get into the traffic congestion of Baltimore. Rooms were clean and refreshed everyday, not a five star, grand plaza but a great deal for the money,
