I had read only positive reviews about this hotel, so I expected a lot. However, upon check-in the desk person was on the phone for a while before ever checking us in. The elevator was dirty and stained as well as the carpet. The room was clean overall, but with many stains in the carpet and on the sofa. Bedding and pillows were very comfortable and the room was quite peaceful. Not much noise considering location to the busy highway, and the only hallway noises noticeable were closing of doors. Breakfast was good with a moderate amt. of choices (no waffles though, as had been bragged about in previous reviews). Overall a good place to stay, just needs some maintenance.

There was not a jacuzzi tub in the room as advertised and the water was warm at best. Everyone was friendly. The bed was large, comfortable, and had plenty of pillows. The pool was average size. The breakfast seemed pretty nice, but I was in a hurry and didn't have time to eat. Good price for what I got.

Positive: The room was ok for the price that I paid for it. I would consider staying here again. The staff was friendly. The contiental breakfast and area was great. The hotel was located in a safe quiet area surrounded by lots of stores and resturants and close to the interstate. Negative: The room had a slight odor that I couldn't get rid of. I'm thinking that it was the carpet or either someone smoked in the room even though it was a non smoking room.

First the room. It was large, clean, quite, and comfortable! Service was great, staff also great. Now the Breakfast! It is by far THE best motel breakfast I have ever had. Cheese Omlets, HB eggs, juice, cereal, coffee, pastries. And the gravy and biscuits JUST GREAT!! The only negitive thing I might say is that it is a little hard to find. When you turn into what appears to be a Home Depot parking lot don't get confused like I did.. Just go to the right and the motel is behind the Home Depot. WELL, WELL worth the trip. I would stay there again and again if traveling to or thru Memphis!!!!!

Security is uppermost on my mind as a single lady traveler. I chose this hotel for my overnight stay going from East to West. It is located near the highway, but you wouldn't know this when you are in your room - it was very quiet. On my way home, West to East, I naturally returned to the Days Inn, and when my husband and I make the trek again during this year, this will be our place of stay every time. On both occasions the rooms were very clean, the king size bed extremely comfortable. The bathroom was lovely and spotless. There was also a remarkably nice breakfast, and I loved the touch of a large bowl of apples in the foyer for the visitor. Wish all hotels were like this one! Highly recommend this one!
