I usually stay somewhere else, but when that hotel was booked up I tried something else. I paid for my stay in full with travelocity and I confirmed that when I checked in. The following week I check my credit card statement and I find that the comfort in has charged me again for the length of my stay. I called and they informed me it was hold and it had already be re-released to my account. A week goes by and I have not been refunded so I call again and they tell me the same thing. I am currently handling the dispute with my credit card company. Its to bad too because we really liked the hotel. It was clean, the staff was friendly and the room was a good size for us.

We had two rooms during our stay from April 17 - 23, 2010. The rooms were on the freeway side of the hotel but we did not have issues with noise from that. The rooms were clean and we always had clean towels as requested. We allowed our bed linens to be changed every 3 days. The breakfast buffet was good and always stocked. This was our second stay at this hotel and this stay was as good as the first in 2006. The staff was always friendly. My only issue is that there was not a guest laundry. However, there is a coin operated laundry in the little strip center next to the hotel.

I have stayed at this hotel twice and have booked it for a third time. The first time (Feb. 2009) was a last minute booking because I stayed an extra night. The overpriced, rundown Holiday Inn around the corner wanted nearly double for a sunday night (off-season) as they did for the two days before. I called Comfort Inn and reserved for around $65. From the outside, it didn't look like it would be very nice, but I was pleasantly surprised. The beds were comfortable, the flat screen TV looked brand new and had great cable channels. We've only been there when it was too cold to use the pool, so we've never checked it out. The breakfast was good too. They had cereal, small danishes, toast, hard boiled eggs, and make-your-own belgian waffles to eat. There was coffee, juice, milk, and I believe even hot cocoa to drink. It's not a resturaunt, it's continental breakfast and it beats paying an arm and leg for food inside Disneyland. Also, each room has a microwave and mini-refrigerator, which helped us cut down on food expenses. The staff was friendly, though many of the cleaning staff did not speak much English. The only down side to this hotel is that it is next to I-5 and the traffic noises may bother some people... turn your air/heat unit on and it won't bother you. The second time (Oct. 2009) was just as good as the first. If you want a clean and comfortable room, great value, excellent location (about 1.5 miles from Disneyland), then this is your place.

Stayed there for two nights. Room was not cleaned or serviced. When requesting a fix was told of a 20% adjustment that never was made. I was told by the manager that it was not their problem. Stay away if you want a clean and family friendly hotel. When checking out staff was rude and laughed when I told them I would complain to the manager. After talking to her I know why they laughed. These are independently owned so there is little recourse. Spend you well earned money where you will be treated properly!
