  I stayed here the weekend of July 2010. Pros: half a block to the beach/easy walk, walk to restaurants, 2 miles from Rehoboth, Decent pool on the roof, All rooms recently renovated - new furniture, bedding, paint, carpet, bathrooms, pool area...photos on the site are not updated. Cons - breakfast area (top floor near pool) closes at 10am sharp (too early), I had a problem with my key card not working and my king room turned out to be a queen room. The front desk staff fixed both situations quickly.

  WE STAYED ON AUG 12, 2009, AND FOUND THE ROOM TO SMELL A BIT, HAVE A BAD TV, AND A LOCKED SHUT BALCONY DOOR. WHEN WE CALLED DOWN TO THE DESK ABOUT A TV THAT DID NOT WORK, AND THEN CALLED BACK TO INFORM THEM THAT IT JUST SEEMED TO NEED TIME TO WARM UP AND WAS NOW WORKING, THE DESK PERSON ACTED AS THOUGH WE WERE BEING FUSSY AND DID NOT EVEN SAY, "SORRY FOR THE INCONVENIENCE FOR THE LOCKED BALCONY AND TV PROBLEMS", OR FOR THAT MATTER A THANKS FOR CALLING BACK. NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE, AND THERE WAS MOLD AROUND THE TUB IN THE BATHROOM. LOW PRICE FOR ON THE OCEAN, BUT NOT A CLEAN OR APPEALING ROOM.

  Absolutely the most stank hotel I have ever been in. Our room stunk, Mold was growing on the walls, the carpet was damp and disgusting. Don't even consider staying here!!
