Convenient for the price you paid

I got a great deal to stay here. When I come to the hotel I was greeted right away even thro there where two people in line were taken care off. When checkrein which took about two min i went up to my room it was clean got a call in 20 min to find out how my room was. The had an indoor pool but limited hour it was great b/c I went to dc and when I come back the pool was open for me to swimming in. All in the entire hotel was great everything about it was great the best thing was the price I paid and the staff is what really sold me.

The hotel was very friendly from housekeeping and to the front desk. It was good price that we paid for the room under $*. It was clean and whenever we were down to go out the front desk when beyond and above to help us with what every we needed from directions to metro shuttle. I would be back again.

We stayed with our family August 17-22, in two rooms. The Metro shuttle leaves the hotel on the hour, but you are supposed to call when you need pick up at the station. We did, and the first day, they came fairly quickly. The second day, the made us wait 1 hour, and we called 3 times. Friday night the hotel hosted a VERY loud party on the first floor, and we were in rooms on the 2nd floor (they had to have known about this when we checked in, so why didn't they put us on the top floor?!!). When we called to complain, we were rudely told that the party went on until 2 a.m. and there was nothing we could do about it. We called again, and then were told they could move us to another room - at midnight, with 5 children and all of our luggage???!!! The next day we talked to the manager who agreed to refund us for Friday night's stay. But now, after the fact, the manager and general manager are only refunding one room, not both. This is a complete rip-off. This is NOT a family friendly, trustworthy hotel at all. There are plenty of other hotels in the area that are much better, so skip this one. One more comment: somewhere it should be noted that the pool is only open in the evenings. For some reason it is not open during the day time. Again, not a family friendly hotel.

Stayed on June 19th- 22nd. The hotel staff at front desk are rude and abrupt. Arrived at 2:15 and was told check-in was at 3:00 and ignored. Night clerk on the 21st was rude and hung up on me when I called for the shuttle. They were not at all busy and at 3:00 the room was still not ready.
