  The ROOM is too small for a handicapped room. The wheelchair had to be constantly moved for us to get around. The TV needs up on a wall. There is outside access and a big window, so no security.The carpet was so dirty my feet turned black!! They hassled us about our SERVICE DOG, twice. The pool was outside and too cold at night and dirty by morning. No exercise facilities. It had an OK little continental breakfast. It is 4 minutes from the Pacific. Construction ISSUES: They were removing a popcorn ceiling next door to our room while that room was

  I like to travel to California especially in the summertime when all the surf competitions. The hotel has rooms that are very reasonably priced and it is close to the beach and shopping downtown. When I go out to California I always end up getting a new piercing. This time I got my Marilyn pierced by Tommy at Tommy T's Body Piercing and it is the most beautiful real diamond piece. The pool at the Best Western is beautiful as well. The whole staff was great, Amir was very sweet, and I would recommend my friends and family. thanks

  We upgraded our room for little bit of nothing, my 17month old son had lots of room to run around. Once we got home I relized we had forgot our sons lovey which he sleeps with every night, I called and...3 hours later she had found it and a few days later we got my sons most beloved item in his life back ..THANKS AGAIN for all the great assistance..We will surely be back ! The beach was GREAT. The only bad thing that happened was on our last night the AC unit went out ,but they had no fans, our son was already sleeping so we didn"t want to switch rooms so we weathered it out..
