The hotel was very good, I mean location and stuff inside. We stayed for 3 nights and we were 3, we had a two queen beds room and a sofa bed room, the sofa bed was a twin, I know sounds weird I hadn't seen it before and the mattress was so bad, I guess a burger bread was more confy than that so just don't count it for someone, don't even for a child. The room has 2 TV old type but good enough and it also has a VHS player, yes! fun ah! I would definitely stay there again, great money value.

Hotel is in not a horrible area, however parking is a challenge to actually get a spot. If you have a SUV or mini van don't even think about the 3 spots in front of the hotel. WAAAAAAAY too low. Try around back. There are like maybe 5 or 6 spots total back there however. Otherwise, your parking on the street. Cleanliness isn't bad, however maintanence wise it needs some help. The toilet did not work in my room so I called downstairs to the desk and they sent a maintance man right up. He fixed it, however it makes a loud whistling sound from time to time. He has been back to check on this a couple times now, and it will go away for a while, but always comes back. VERY annoying. The street looking rooms can be loud with the traffic, but not too horrible. The breakfast is decent. Nothing fancy, but enough to get you going. The wireless internet works well. The hotel staff are friendly. There is no room service, however several places (mostly chinese/thai) deliver. There is a little rec room downstairs with a pool table. Kinda nice. All in all, its not terrible for the price. Could use some updating however. I would stay here again and would recommend it if you are on a budget.

Cleanliness and overall experience was what I expected for a Best Western. Room was fine, smelled of deodorizers but got used to it quickly. Good place for just a night or two. I just needed a bed for a night, not a luxurious get away. I would get the top floor next time, I could easily hear my neighbor's upstairs walking about. Free (but tight) parking which is rare in this area.

Stayed for two nights. On check in, were told no smoking in the room on penalty of $300.00 cleaning fee. So of course, we were scrupulously careful NOT to smoke in the room. However, on check out, the desk claimed we had been smoking in the room, probably based on empty packs in the wastebasket (I suppose we could have just thrown them on the ground outside the room where all smoking had been done). Front desk had head maid go to the room, who claimed he ""smelled something"". After much ado, we were not charged, but the attitude of ""guilty until proven innocent"" did not leave a good taste in the mouth. Not a good way to treat customers. Plus the soft drinks from the vending machine cost $2.00 apiece, and more than one customer was observed arguing at the front desk about not getting a refund for a night they could not stay after a change in plans. So watch out - not clear that these people think that the customer deserves fair treatment.
