    Even though I have experienced great service from this hotel, I have a problem when phone calls are not returned and emails are not replied to. It's good business! Not doing so will ultimately ruin a good relation! To make sure that I have been extremely fair in this statement, I followed up with the appropriate contact information so that I can be assured that there was no miscommunication involved or clerical error. This lack of business acumen lies with the front desk management, not the agents. They are wonderful. You might want to have a roundtable discussion regarding this matter at your next management meeting. It certainly needs to be addressed.

    This could be a great hotel once a few issues have been addressed. Pros: ABC the front desk agent is wonderful. She's very professional, responsive, and a true PR type. The restaurant manager and the entire restaurant staff were quite good. The bartender(male) is somewhat of a sourpuss, no personality! Most importantly of all, the three (3) front desk supervisor/managers lack personality, and all need public relation training. They need to be reminded that their image reflect directly on the hotel; guests will always remember that when deciding to rebook. And finally, corporate contracts(airlines) all have term limits and can't be viewed as a permanent source of financial security for the hotel's success. These are variables and not constants!

    A cozy night’s sleep with great service makes this hotel a great choice. The rooms are spacious and extremely comfortable. I had a front-room view this time, different from the side views which are serene and calming; however, my front view of the hotel was fantastic, too. The hotel has made some slight improvements since my last stay. The front desk agents are super efficient. Carmen handled everything with great care. The breakfast in the restaurant was delicious. Since this was a short stay, I did not get a chance to visit the bar; I will do that on my next stay. The valet service is consistently superb. ABC and XYZ always go the extra-mile for their guests.

    Great Hotel! Super Stay! (July 2010) Reviewed by This 4-star hotel has almost everything you need to have a wonderful stay. The front desk agents are on top of it. Max heads up a mighty fine staff with whom I came into contact with. The room was extremely comfortable. The pillow-top mattress bedding has nine (9) pillows, varying in fiber preference, to meet your sleeping demands. There is a nice size walk in close with a large chest of drawers, iron and board, robes, etc. The floor to ceiling glass windows, make for an open and airy feel. You’ll enjoy the full service breakfast buffet, consisting of the freshest fruit and cereals, to hot assorted meats and eggs-whatever your taste desires; they’ve got it. Take advantage of the complimentary shoe shine service; it’s fast and convenient. Please tip! The hotel has one of the best valet services in the area. My personal suggests for the hotel would be to include an in-room safe and lower the price of their martinis - $* for such a tiny martini glass, is not in line, with other 4-5 star hoteliers in the area; lower the price, or provide a much bigger glass. All-in-All, this is a great hotel, with super service, and a wonderful staff. Great Hotel! Super Stay! (July 2010)

    This 4-star hotel has almost everything you need to have a wonderful stay. The front desk agents are on top of it. The manager heads up a mighty fine staff , with whom I came into contact with.
