One can nitpick on many things but the room matters most and we were very happy with it. 4 adults and 2 children. Grandparents used the sofa bed and we used the two double beds. No complaints with the sofabed or our beds. Kitchen had almost everything we needed. Super Walmart is close by. Next to a very big shopping mall/area so you can travel light. Staff is very friendly. You have ask for a change of towels and toiletries at the office (don't hesitate, the staff doesn't bite). Used the outdoor pool which was good. Did not use the fitness center. It looked basic but functional. All in all, a happy experience and good memories (family re-union).

The good: allowed our family to check in 45 minutes early.Spacious room, comfy bed. The bad:The refrigerator in the room was not very cold at all, just cool. The elevator broke an hour after arrival.We have a newborn, plus 2 other children, you can imagine all the luggage that had to be pack down a flight of stairs plus a baby when we checked out. Elevator supposed to be fixed next day.It was pouring down the rain and we had to park our car at the side door, which we found out that the lock was messed up and would not allow us to come in out of the rain. My husband had to walk all the way back around the building in the rain to gain access through the lobby to then come in.Again, they said Sorry and it will get fixed tomorrow. The fitness room that they bragged about had only 4 pieces of equipment in a very small room. We were busy and did not use the room, but disappointed that it was so little.It has a very small pool, but it was nice and clean, just not alot of space for very many customers. At first the hotel seemed really nice and worth the price, but the longer we were there the more problems kept arising. Will think twice before we stay in another Extended Stay if ever.

Stayed for 3 nights recently and was pleastantly surprised. The room was plenty big and clean. Didn't need the kitchen but it was still nice to have. Arrived early and they allowed early check in without a problem. Was quiet and lots of eating options very close. Near interstate and quick drive to downtown.Unless you stay for more than a week there is no service to the room. I think there was an option to pay $3/day but I didn't need it. You can simply take your towels to the desk and swap them out. Not a problem at all. Would stay again.

Room was filthy upon arrival. Found various "suprises" as I unpacked and got ready for the night. Urine on the toilet seat, puke or some other mystery stain on the blanket, crumbs and debris all over the floors. If this is as clean as they make a room for a new guest, I can't imagine how poorly their "weekly cleaning service" would be. My stay was supposed to be for two weeks, I checked out after one night.
