My sister and I really enjoyed your hotel, Front desk personel was so accommodating and very polite every which way, I definately would recommend other guests to spend their nights stay at this location. The beds were really comfortable and the USA paper was a plus and also my sister and I really appreciated the friendly bartender, having a cocktail in the lounge. And for Florida residents, the price was affortable, which we were happy with.

NOTHING LIKE THE PICTURE

THIS HOTEL IS OLD, NOTHING LIKE THE PICTURE, IT WAS FULL SO WE GOT DOUBLE BEDS, NOT THE KING AS WE BOOKED, ODD SMELL IN THIS ROOM, THE ROOM WAS SUPER DIRTY, THE CURTIN IN THE LIVING ROOM HAD A BIG BROWN DRIED SPOT ON IT , THE SOFAS IN THE LIVING ROOM HAD DRIED SPOTS ON IT ALSO, THE CARPET WAS FILTY, AND UNDER THE SINK WE FOUND HAIR FROM THE PREVIOUS GUESTS. WE COMPLAINED TO THE FRONT DESK, THEY TOLD US THAT THE HOUSEKEPPER WILL CLEAN THE ROOM BETTER NEXT DAY. NEXT DAY IN THE MORNING WE COMPLAINED AGAIN AND THE FRONT DESK GAVE US A NEW ROOM WITH A KING BED, SINCE WE COMPLAINED FROM THE PREVIOUS ROOM THIS ROOM WAS VERY CLEAN, SMELLED FRESH,AND THE BED WAS COMFORTABLE. CONS: THEY CHARGED $* FOR BREAKFAST PLUS $* FOR COFFEE OR JUICES, THE FOOD WAS VERY PLAIN AND AVERAGE NOTHING SPECIAL. THERE IS A WAFFLE HOUSE JUST ACROSS THE STREET AND A STRIP MALL FULL OF EATING OPTIONS ABOUT 2 MINUTES DRIVE FROM THE HOTEL; IN MY OPINION IT WILL BE A BETTER CHOICE. THE HOTEL CHARGES A $* DAILY PARKING FEE. THE AC IS IN FRONT OF THE BED AND VERY LOUD, THERE IS A HIGHWAY NEXT TO THE HOTEL AND GETS VERY NOISY DURING THE NIGHT. PROS: THE HOTEL OFFERS A BUS RIDE TO THE PARKS, WHICH RUNS EVERY 30 MINUTES, THE HOTEL IS IN WALKING DISTANCE TO DOWNTOWN DISNEY, OFFERS COCKIES ON THE CHECK-IN. MICROWAVE, FRIDGE, AND SINK IN THE ROOM BUT NOT PLATES OR SILVERWARE

The hotel was OK. The rooms were clean, but old. They need to be updated. It was big enough for a family for a 4 however there is no privacy. The pool was amazing. It is small, but well heated. The restaurant was good for breakfast, but dinner was less desirable. Few menu choices and to expense for what you got. One of the 2 elevators were being updated to be green. Which is a nice thing however the hotel was busy and as a result there was a line for the elevator everyday.
