I stayed three nights at the Fairmont and the stay was wonderful. The property is quite large but they have shuttle carts that will take you anywhere. The rooms were very nice and the bathroom was quite large. I ate at the lounge bar and by the pool and the food was great. I would stay again.

The beds were so bad I got no sleep the whole time I was there. Coffee make was a joke and everything was over priced. Ive stay at Fairmont In Maui Hawaii and it was worth every penny. This hotel on the other had not so much. The people were super friendly but that is it. Im coming back in June and to say the very least I WILL NOT BE STAYING AT THIS HOTEL....

This is a nice hotel overall. It started out wonderfully with top notch service and even allowing our 7 year old daughter to pick out a stuffed animal from their collection - she had a look of wonder on her face! Our first room was beautiful but had an issue with the shower door that needed to be fixed so we had to move rooms with profuse apologies from the front desk. Our 2nd room #40no charge#41 was a casita in a private area with its own private pool and was very nice. The downside was that we had some ants in the bathroom. But! We really enjoyed the several pools - it was great to have a choice. The water slides were really fun. The service was great. Poolside service was also great and delicious. We found some restaurants nearby to enjoy so we didnt pay top dollar for every meal but what we had at the hotel was really good #40namely breakfast#41. We also had a wonderful time fishing in the pond together - a good photo op. I will say that the huge size of the grounds was a bit offputting every place was a hike to get to. We will probably stay there again.

First Class experience from start to finish. Excellent, clean and comfortable rooms with espresso machine, fridge and big LCD TV. Large rooms and bathroom with upscale amenities. Walk in Closet. Balcony with upscale furniture for coffee in the morning. All the features you would expect in a 5 star hotel on extensive and lush grounds. We will be back!

We had a mini suite in the Gold Level, that comes with free internet and continental breakfast. The room was nice and spacious. We had a balcony but the view was blocked by trees. There are pools everywhere, the main one has tubes to float around and was well heated. There is a fishing pond(catch and release). There are many fountains, a garden, and fire pits with comfy chairs all over the place. It was pricey but nice for special occasion. Room service was good and has a night owl menu and 24 hr desserts. There are many restaurants and things to do very close to the hotel as well.
