The Hilton on Broad was in a good location, easy access from State St or Aquarium subway stations. The staff was courteous and helpful. The room was spacious. However, I came home with bits from bedbugs. I understand this is a current problem with many hotels, including the highest priced. I had to wash everything when we got home and I was careful not to place anything on our bedspread as I unpacked. I rated the room as 'okay' as we had double beds and my husband had no trouble with bugs in his bed. It took 3-4 days to recover, using cortisone cream. The beds were very comfortable otherwise.

Our stay at the Hilton Boston Financial District was very enjoyable. The location was convenient for our events at the waterfront and we were close to Fanieul Hall too. The staff was especially friendly and hospitable. I recommend this hotel to others.

The location and front desk staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Any questions I had and help requests were fulfilled extremely efficiently and promptly. My only complaint about the whole travel was the cleaning staff was rude and was slamming doors at 8am. I must say it is extremely frustrating to be woken up to the sound of a door slamming across the hall. Especially if you were out late the night before. For that very reason i am kind of iffy if I would stay at the Boston Hilton again. For the price of the room I would have expected the rooms to have a bit more sound proofing.

We stayed here based on previous ratings--and we agree. It is a very nice hotel. The front desk staff was very helpful in getting us checked in and answering our questions. We were able to get great tips about things to do/see and places to eat from the concierge desk. The room was very clean, the bed was, indeed, very comfortable--which was perfect after a few days of walking all over Boston. Really, our only complaint was that the lobby smelled like Ben Gay everytime we walked through it, and we couldn't figure out why! Great location--so close to the Markets and lots of restaurants. Took about 10 minutes in a taxi to get to the airport, which was convenient. Close to the Freedom trail, the water, and the T train. Overall, we were very happy with our hotel choice!
