10/03/2010Hotel was a nice surprise-very clean, friendly staff, good beds-large room. very convenient to many attractions downtown. hotel parking was an extra fee. we enjoyed our stay.

This will be the third time staying at the Sheraton Baltimore City Center. We got a great rate on Travelocity so that made the stay worth it. I was surprised when I came back in late afternoon of our second day to find that the room had not been touched. The beds were still unmade and bathroom dirty. That was not like that the times before. We had two rooms and the air conditioner didn't work in the other room the first night. So, it's a gamble whether everything will be right or not, but if the price is right it's worth it.

If you are not forced TO,don't do it!!!!!!!! first of all I had a room with 2 double beds and due to the recent concerns raised by the media, about hotel cleanliness I inspected my room/ beds immediately after entering. To my suprise , I found in between the sheets of the fiirst bed ,it had chip crums on it and on thesheet of other had two small red stains!!!!!!!!! I cant tell u what they were but I"m just saying. Managment apologized but it took awhil, plus a few calls to resolve. ALSO AS STATED IN one prior review, wqter pressure is just so so not that great, rooms r small . just big enough for s desk, chair and two beds, no real closet just a small space 4 luggage and a rack above 4 hangers. However the bathroom is HUGE enough room fo 3-4 people easily. Another thing is parking, because I read the reviews and exspected to arrive late on a friday afternoon I exspected that I would need to valet I was quoted a price of* bucks a night but i was pleasantly suprised once I arrived to discover that the true cost was only* nightly. I thought thatI had a good deal until I went down later that evening to retrieve something from the car and dscovered that the valet ticket had been marked with several circle and upon futher inspection , I LEARNED THAT THEY VALET HIT MY VEHICHLE AND PARKED IT NEXT TO A WALLFACING THEY SIDE OF THE DENT! COMPLAINED , WAS COMP FOR PARKING AND PROMISED A REPAIR YET THE COMP IS NOW DENYING RESPOSIBILITY BASED ON REAR DENT THAT HAS ALREADY BEEN REPORTED........ALL IN ALL I AM NOT A HARD TO PLEASE PERSON BUT, ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!!!!!!!
