  ritz unnlike other hotels doesn't take the time to deliver your bill to your room. If you want to wait in line for it on your last day when your running to the airport that is what they want. If you call back and have them emial it to you FORGET IT. Unless you give them detialed information and fax them a form they can't help you. You can't deal with the Hotel you go to a central processing (ie contractor). Nnot worrth whatevery= money for such and average hotel.

  We stayed here with a group going to the Insight Bowl at Sun Devil Stadium and would stay here again in a minute. Wonderful staff, great food, fast room service; everyone was very helpful and nice. A top rate hotel. We loved it!

  Went to Phoenix for a bit of shopping and sun. Really disappointed with the Ritz. Way overpriced for a small room. Location is right in the middle of a lot of traffic. If you have business to attend, this is okay. If you are looking for shopping and relaxation with nice grounds, do not stay here. Go to Scottsdale.
