Our room was clean for the most part, but for a party of three there were only 2 wash clothes and same amount of towels. Housekeeping was already gone before we got there. Solution was to go to pool and "Borrow" some from there. They obviously had a leak at some point in time under the window, and instead of repairing and redoing all the wallpaper on that wall they patchworked it together. Tacky. TV didn't work right and we wanted to rent a game for our child. We were told maintenance would be sent up. That never happened. Our kid got sick in the middle of the night and they were very nice and changed our rooms since housekeeping wasn't in. The new room had two towels and one wash cloth. We had already used the ones in the other room to try to clean up the kids mess. And the thermostat in the room was malfunctioning. You could not leave it on as it went up in temperature. Front desk couldn't seem to help us with that one so we propped the door until we were close to falling asleep and then shut the door and ran the bathroom fan all night for air exchange. Woke up to 85 degrees in the room. Miserable and this is not typical of Radisson's. We have never had an experience like this one with this hotel chain.

The rooms are very out-dated. After staying at some nice hotels, it was hard not to notice the difference with this one. Plus, no shuttle to the airport. A trip to Scottsdale is a $* fair one-way. A trip to downtown (including the expo center) is $*. A trip to the airport is $*. I ended up taking the light rail to save money. I highly recommend it even if it meant a little longer of a trip. The fair is only $*or around there for a day pass and it takes you right downtown. My friend said the pool was cold even though it is advertised as a heated pool. The walk to the light rail takes you past an Adult Store...not a very cool location. As a single woman, I was a little afraid walking at nite past that to get to and from the light rail....

The front desk staff were so polite and helpful and best of all, cheerful. They liked their job. The room was clean, quiet and well furnished. Our wakeup call was timely. Restaurant food was fresh. The waitress was attentive, the price was right. We would stay there again.

I am actually in this hotel right now. I am a frequent business and pleasure traveler. I am relatively easy going and tolerant with issues if I am getting a good bargain. I would recommend spending another $*and going to another hotel. I am unsure if my room (327) is the same all all rooms but here is what I am enjoying right now: - I think this hotel is a converted, older Holiday Inn or basic hotel. - Thick, black hair in shower - Shower does not drain properly so you stand in the water - Room smells like smoke - Stain on rug - Wall covering peeling off the wall - Old TV with converter box On the good side: - Front desk staff is very nice - Bartender was really personable and friendly

The Radisson is in a great location in Phoenix! My family and I came to Phoenix for vacation. There backyard is the perfect spot to relax, they have a beautiful garden, great waterfall pools, and wonderful service!
