  This is a great hotel, but there is trouble in paradise. First, booked king bed (reservation also stated this) and first room we are given has two queens, 15 minutes wasted switching rooms. Rooms are very nice and resort is very well maintained. Next day try to get one of the bikes the resort offers, they don’t keep a log of when the bikes are taken out, so you have to keep going back to the kiosk to check if bikes are available. One of the bikes was in such disrepair it could not even be used. While waiting for the bikes we use the onsite pitch and putt, only to handed dirty clubs we have to clean ourselves before we play. Yes, we finally did get bikes about 90 minutes later. Woke up next morning to find new roommate in the sink, a huge cockroach! Quickly taken care of by hotel staff after we called. Extremely hefty fee to use onsite internet, funny that value priced hotel chains can provide this service for free. Please don’t think that I am jaded by my experience here, it is a great hotel, well kept, great staff, excellent restaurants.........fortunately we were at a time of year when there were deals to stay here, but at the full winter rate I would not stay here. Also, to top it all off, I write to Marriott with my complaints about our stay and they do not even have the common courtesy to answer my e-mail!!!!

  We absolutely loved it here. easy check in, beautiful "casita" close to pool. laundry room nearby and was free! flavored ice water by the pool all day, towels ...

  We absolutely loved it here. Easy check in, beautiful "casita" close to pool. Laundry room nearby and was free! Flavored ice water by the pool all day, towels at the pool, plenty of seating with umbrellas by pool. Everyone was very nice and courteous. Only one server made us feel rushed and seemed irritated by our questions. We never would have been able to afford during season and yet we felt as if we fit right in. Meals were a little expensive at Rita's Kitchen which was the lower priced restaraunt in the hotel. Also, had to pay for transportation to airport $40-$50.

  I greatly enjoyed my stay. i thought the staff was extremely friendly and polite. they helped make the experience one of our all time bests.

  The staff was very friendly and helpful. The resort was very clean and room service was excelent. It was my first time in AZ with my 9 year old daughter who can not wait to return to this wonderful resort. The pool was not crowded and open 24 hours which made it nice to go there late at night. The restaurant close to the pool made it convenient by serving snacks until midnight while at the pool. My daughter and I can not wait to return. Everything was at the resort that anyone would need-gift shops, restaurants, room service, pool, beautiful scenery, and so much more... I strongly recommend this resort to anyone visitng Phoenix, AZ.
