We were on a mini-vacation in the summer, and this hotel worked really well for our trip! The staff was courteous and accommodating. After figuring out which were the non-valet parking lots (lots up front were marked off), everything else was a breeze. We had an incredible rate, and as such initially got a room close to the desk on the first floor. Unfortunately, the light in the bathroom over the shower leaked freezing water. Not a problem as we were immediately upgraded to a little suite on the second floor. My only little wish is that the bathroom would have been larger- it was tiny and seemed built for a business traveler who wouldn't spend a great deal of time in the space. The pool was delightful and super deep (a rarity). I loved the aesthetic, but I love just about anything southwest-style :)

The lobby, room, spa and other amenities were beautiful. Reserved the room online for a romantic getaway and we had a great time. The room was just as the website described: it reflected great taste, smelled wonderful and the bed was extremely comfortable. The reservation staff were pleasant and the gentlemen in the front desk were friendly. The only non-pleasant personnel which I encountered was the snooty lady in the front check in desk. Although she wasn't rude she did not make an effort to be nice. The spa personnel were extremely pleasant and the massage we received was excellent!! In all the facility sold itself and we had a great time.

We are a family of four, and the two-bedroom villa was absolutely perfect. The kids had their own room with two double beds, a TV, and their own bathroom! The master bedroom was spacious, and the living room and dining room were huge! The kitchen made it very easy to have meals and snacks in the villa, which is always easier and more economical with the kids. There was also a washer and dryer, which came in handy with my 1-year old and his constant soiled laundry. Requests for kitchen items, bathroom items, etc, were always expedient and all the staff was very polite. We met family who live in Arizona here, and they were very impressed with the accommodations as well. Will DEFINITELY be back!

The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful all services at the hotel were 5 star, it was like staying at home and then some. When we come back to the area we will be staying here because of the service and quality that the hotel provides were way above normal standards.

This hotel has a good location which makes it easy to get around the Phoenix area, especially the east side. If you are looking for a fancy resort hotel in Phoenix this is not the one. There are no tennis courts, no golf course, no fancy spa and a relatively small pool area and fitness center. Because of the lack of these amenities, the HIlton is a couple of notches below the Biltmore, Phoenician or Hyatt Scottsdale but you're not paying the higher room rates at those properties. This is more of a no nonsense business meeting-oriented property and it does a good job at that.
