Great value and just a few steps to the convention center. Awesome staff, VERY responsive. Had an issue wit the heating unit; it was fixed promptly and professionally, Excellent interaction and care! Not everything was perfect, (Wi-Fi was poor in our room as they were experiencing temporary equipment problems) but it was clear the staff was diligently working on anything that was not up to standards. Though I always prefer a hotel with a whirlpool or spa, (back is getting old) I plan to stay here again when I do business downtown.

Traveled with my sons and their wives. After spending 4 hours on a plan we were looking forward to checking in and relaxing before enjoying the sights. Rooms were not ready on our arrival which was after check in time. We left our bags in an office and went to eat. Upon our return an hour and a half later and our rooms still were not ready. Rooms were paid for almost a year in advance(had proof) but they still charged me again for them. Took almost a month to get the second charges refunded. Before we checked out for our cruise, I asked for an early check in after our return from the cruise and was told our rooms would be ready. They were not. Totally ruined our vacation and my children's honeymoons.

This was a perfect hotel for a short family trip to inner harbor. Clean, priced right.... and 2 blocks from everything. The staff was awesome. I haven't had such a nice, and helpful staff in hotels that cost twice the price. Thumbs up to Days Inn.

The hotel is very well maintained, and slighty up-scale for a Days Inn. The Staff was exceptionally helpfull and polite. The rooms, though slightly small, were clean and typical of this level of hotel. Be aware that ALL beds, regardless of moniker, "King", "Queen", and so on, are about the size of a double. Parking is secure, $* for 24 hours, which may seem pricey, but beats the hidden parking/ MANDATORY valet charges of most other downtown hotels. My only gripe is that the pool is outside, and closed way to early (8pm), and open way to late (10am). 5min walk to Camden Yards, 10min walk to Inner Harbor, next door to the convention center. Over all worth the money for pleasent rooms, secure parking, and proximity to attractions.
