We went for Mothers Day and the first thing that happened was the staff stormed out of our hotel room screaming about how they hate this place and using profanities in front of our child. Then the fire alarm went off the first night at 5am then the second night at 1am and everyone had to evacuate the building. They never apologized or anything and it was all because of some alarm error. The indoor pool was disgusting you couldn't even see anything because the water was so dirty. Also you have to pay to use the gym! There is no breakfast of any kind served and don't expect any helpful advice from the front desk on where to get some. Also our sheets had blood stains or something on them. The rooms are so outdated and gloomy. Overall it was a terrible experience and I would never stay here again.

This place is a dump. I really don't know where all the positive feedbacks are coming from...maybe someone involved with the "resort" is stuffing the "ballot box?" This place is dirty, outdated (from the 80's)and appliances are dorm size and in need of replacement. Fridge, for instance, had a freezer, but the freezer door was broken off. We travel a lot (Through Interval International/Diamond Resorts), and this establishment is posssibly the worst we have stayed. We had a week here and actually checked out TWO DAYS EARLY. Beds were uncomfortable, stained and smelled. Carpet was dirty...as was couch. We stayed in the room as little as possible, and I can not say that with any other timeshare we ever went to. Outdoor pool was a shambles and unusable (out of order) Garage is unusable unless you drive a compact car. Do don't drive an SUV....accident waiting to happen.
