The hotel location was convenient, although the area immediately surrounding was kind of sketchy. As a young woman traveling alone, it did not leave me feeling particularly safe. I chose it for it's proximity to Arlington Cemetery, and that did not disappoint. The bedclothes were clean, as were the sinks, but the rest of the room left a lot to be desired-- especially the bathroom. The mini fridge wouldn't get cold. The television remote was broken. The room is significantly cheaper than most others in the area, and you definitely get what you pay for.

I'm on a tight budget. I came here for the Marine Corps Marathon and this was the cheapest after all the hotels raised their prices for the event. I booked this hotel not knowing what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised, especially after reading all of the negative reviews. If you're looking to stay in a W Hotel or some other posh place, look elsewhere. If you're looking for just a place to sleep, this will do fine. Bottom line: the room and sheets were clean, the area was safe, the service was fine, and it wasn't noisy. There were plenty of restaurants in the area and CVS and Rite Aid were around the corner. You are a ten minute bus ride to the Pentagon City Metro. I have no major complaints.

the hotel was kind of run down a bit,but it was a very friendly staff, helped with all questions. also on the plus side, it had a bus stop right across the street. the beds were confortable and a mcdonald and subway right across the street. in fact, i plan on visiting washington dc again and will stay at this hotel again.

The staff was not very friendly. The first room we had the AC was not working however the second room was clean and the AC worked. Also the door to the room was very hard to open. It took us several times to get it open. The resturant down stairs was wonderful though. Nice area and easy to get to all the attrations in DC.

Many roaches at this motel, worst mistake we made on our trip was trying to save 20 bucks and staying here, we ended up sleeping with all the lights on to drive them away. Stay away from this one.
