The people were very nice, But some where along the way between me contacting the travel agency and the hotel reservaytion being made some on forgot to mention that I would have a dog for the dog show I was going to and they wanted another * for the dog.

Hotel was located close to where we had to go. Rooms are outdated and overpriced for what we got. Not very clean, complimentary breakfast was sparse, didn't plan for the amount of people who were staying there. We had a non-smoking room but it smelled of cigarettes. When we checked in there was a policeman taking a report which concerned us.

We have stayed at this property five times in the past with no problems as this hotel is close to where our daughter lives. This visit we stayed five nights and would have checked out after the first night but we booked a package with air, car, hotel. One big complaint the room was very hot with no windows to open no thermastats all rooms are controlled from one central unit and not in our room. At the front desk they said either air conditioning or heat, the weather was warm so the second night they turned on what was supposed to be the air in which only warm air blew out and to make matters worse the vibration was so noisy and no way to turn it off, the front desk did give us a fan which helped but no way to turn off the noisy air unit. Many rooms had their doors open for air and we would have left ours open all night but for safety reasons..

Traveling through town and found this property very convenient to Hwy 395. For dinner, lots of restaurant choices nearby. Free continental breakfast included which was a plus. Bed was comfy, room was clean even though it was fairly basic. Very quiet - we got a much needed good night's sleep. Staff very attentive. Definitely would stay again.
