Don't believe what they say about the courtesy van

We wished to use the courtesy van twice while staying at the Omni and was told twice that it was unavailable and or it would take a hour to use it. We had to find other transportation to go to our events.

From the minute we checked in, the staff was curteous and professional. Our travel agent screwed up our reservations and the hotel was booked. Kim, the front desk clerk did her best to give us the accomodations we thought we had booked. When she was unable to, she gave the four of us comps. for breakfast the next morning. I have to say, the prices at the bar and restaurant were a bit high, even by NY standards but overall, it was a great hotel and I would definately recommend it to anyone.
